Palette (Glow)

Access glow colours - visible in the dark but don't really add light to the world. Press F to select color, right click to change a target voxel to that colour or shift+right click to add this colour to the selected chiseled block. Also works as a block source for QP Chisels, Paintbrushes, and pantographs.
